I'd have to say I would probably be interested in her, based solely off the fact that CB would be one of the last people anyone would associate with having relationships with people.

Ace or Tyler would not mind being Jessica's boyfriend/crush. Ace might be the better option since he does not have a lot on his plate and two Jess could be his alibi that he does not want to discuss.
