To help with editing....

Hi All,

I am looking at cutting down on the time it takes to make shows, and would like your help in doing so.

A big majority of time is currently taken up by editing the rp's so they all keep in line and make the show look 'neat and tidy'

Could I ask when you rp that you try to do the following.

* when a character is going to speak please using a seperate line use Name: "words go here"

e.g

leon heart turned to face the crowd and without missing a beat he raises the microphone to his mouth

Leon: "The UNWA is the best fed around!"

Leon drops the microphone to the floor and all the wrestlers rush up to him and hoist him on his shoulders, before parading him around the ring to the celebrating crowd

Please try not to use the following;

Also please try to include speech marks "" it is so laborious adding them in edits that sometimes i don't bother, but it's little things like that, that make the show an easier read.

I know some of you do this already and I appreciate it, if others could follow suit it will make things even quicker and mean less edits and less errors!

I don't mind what colours you use as they will most likely to be changed anyway in the edit...but for the record we try to keep to red, blue and green where possible, obviously not possible if more than 3 are in a rp!

Anyone that wants to keep rp'ing in their normal format...that is not a problem
