Well, depends much on your build !
You should look that it has a good Attack Bonus (so that it hits) and you should look at the damage it does. Often you can learn moves which are just better then old ones...
A second look should go to your complete move setup - if your best moves are in "Groggy", for example, and most of your moves bring the enemy to any position expect Groggy, you should change that...
