Title Dreams (open to any Pride title contenders and the bosses)

A Man has a choice, I choose THE IMPOSSIBLE!


(Bruiser Bob comes through the curtain and makes his way down to the ring with a look of determination on his face. Bruiser Bob grabs a mic and enters the ring.)

Bruiser Bob: "Something very interesting has come to my attention. There seems to be a vacant title floating around here in the UNWA, the Pride Title!!! Now it's unfortunate that The Silent Man had to vacate the Pride title. I feel that titles should be won and lost in the ring but The Silent Man knew the risk he was taking when he took that match against Paulley for the MemberState Title and I can say that I might have done the same thing for a shot at the the biggest title here in the UNWA."

(a UNWA chant breaks out as Bruiser Bob continues to speak.)

Bruiser Bob: "Now back down to business, I had a rough start here dropping my first two matches, but since then I've had a decent winning streak. I beat our current Prestige Champion TimeLord before he won the title. Then I beat one half of the tag champs at the time Jpea, and last Sunday I won a match against one hell of a wrestler Stray. Now it's not the greatest winning streak of all time but I would love to have a chance to compete for the Pride Title. So if Mr. Heart would be so kind I would like to be included in the Pride Title situation!!!"

The crowd begins to cheer abruptly as they notice Stray walk out onto the entrance ramp, mic in hand as he smirks lightly to his adoring fans.

Stray: "First of all, Bob. I appreciate your compliment. The match we put on for the great fans in Amsterdam was one hell of a match. Could have gone either way, but I'm convinced that you got lucky."

Stray waits for the crowd to settle before continuing.

Stray: "Seeing as how it was such a great match, we wouldn't want to let down the great fans of [insert city]. We'll see who the better man really is, and I'll prove that I have what it takes to be the next Pride Champion."

Stray tosses the mic to the side and walks backstage, passing by Aquilus as he Stares at him, then continues on without a word.

[Stray walks past Aquilus, who is standing in the corridor with a mic in his hand]
[Aquilus stares at Stray but doesn't say anything or do anything, just lets him pass]
[Aquilus finally makes his way to the ramp and stands under the titantron]

Aquilus: "Bruiser Bob I presume? I haven't wasted my time on you before so I haven't met you. Is it ok if I stay over here? I can smell you already, and let's face it......bathtime is in order?"

[Aquilus chuckles]

Aquilus: "Anyway, to the point......You think you can just waltz in here and get an automatic title shot? Uh...uh...... It doesn't work like that, you see, you are at the bottom of the ranks, a nobody, just a freak who thinks he can annoy the revolution and get away with it. You can have your number one contender match for all I care, but there WILL be inteference, and you WILL be on a one way trip to hospital..... see ya"

[Aquilus smirks and turns, walking slowly back to where he came from]

(Bruiser Bob grabs the mic and begins to speak again)

Bruiser Bob: "First of all that smell you detected Aquilis is me. I'll admit it, I do reek of awesomeness. And of course there will be interference, that is the only way the revolution gets the job done. I did not come out here demanding a title shot, I simply wanted to be included in the title picture. Now on to you Stray..."

(The crowd cheers at the mention of Stray.)

Bruiser Bob: "Now Stray I'll admit that I pulled out a squeaker against you last time but if you want to get back in the ring I'd be more than happy to oblige. Anything I have to do to prove myself to be a challenger to the Pride Title let's get it done!! Now the only question I have is what is up with you and Aquilis? Your on the atri-rev side right. Ahh it's probably nothing. I guess I'll see you in the ring soon Stray! May the best wrestler win."

(ooc - still open to anyone who wants to add on to this )

The lights go out, so suddenly it makes everyone think it's a power-cut.



The lights come back on and we find that Bodders is in the ring and he's behind Bruiser Bob, the fans start begging for Bob to turn around, so he could see that Bodders is behind him. However Bodders just pokes Bob's shoulder making him jump in surprise, Bodders has a microphone his hand and is ready to say something.

Bodders: "Hey, we all know that I was going to get a title shot at the Pride Title, which I would've won by the way," Bodders points this out quite early. "However, I can respect that fact, that you most likely deserve a chance more than me, so how's this, you, me and someone else in a triple threat match for the Pride Title! Now how does that sound to you?"

just when bodders was going to leave the ring freelancer walks in

FREELANCER:i was listening to this conversation from the locker room

FREELANCER: and everyone here knows that none of you deserves a chance to fight for the pride title

FREELANCER:the one who deserves a title shot is me or sarkovik

FREELANCER:the reasons are were was any of you when i was in the semifinal of the pride tournament

FREELANCER:or when sarkovic was in the final

Sarkovic goes to the ring to face all the other wrestlers

Sarkovic: What a bunch of retards! You really believe what all of you deserve a title shot?

[Sarkovic stops to hear the crowd and to drink a beer]

Sarkovic: The only one that deserves a slight change to fight for the Pride Title is Freelancer.

[Aquilus, Bruiser Bob, Bodders and stray, comes running, to face Sarkovic with the other's]

Sarkovic: The Pride Title, will not be decided simple with words...All of you need to prove that you deserve a change to fight for the Pride title that includes Freelancer and I.

Sarkovic: And by the way all of you Have a Nice Day!!!

[Sarkovic leaves the ring and go to the bar of the arena]

[Hemorrhage appears up on the titantron]

Hemorrhage:"Wow, so many contenders and one Pride title. All of you are complaining how you deserve the title shot, but hear me out now...I have a proposal."

[Every focuses their attention at Hemorrhage]

Hemorrhage:"Maybe we just have to prove that we are real contenders in the ring, so I'm proposing a bounty system. Let me explain, everyone starts out with 0 bounty. Every win throughout the season will increase your bounty by 50, while every loss will decrease your bounty by 50. Here's the catch, the higher your bounty is the more you're going to be targeted. The two wrestlers with the highest bounty at the end of the season will face each other at the next PPV!"

[The crowd cheers]

Hemorrhage:"And for the first bounty match, I'm calling out Aquilus, for a rematch."

{OOC:This system may be a bit confusing, so tell me if you don't like it. It is of course the GM's decision on how to decide the Pride Champ. If we do go with this system, I'll make a post to track everyone's bounty.}

(ooc I really like the idea, however I worry that we will go all season without a champion, and then whoever wins it at the ppv may have to give it up again by next season...maybe this could be for the cash in hand shot?....I will leave this open to BBC, as I know he has some ideas on this...)

Hmm yes well i had started an open invitation asking for eligible wrestlers for the pride title. with the aim of getting a champion next week or at least the week after.

Von Ryan, Bodders, Aquilus, and SynysterG answered and the idea was to have them face each other (Bodders v Aquilus, Von Ryan v SynysterG) with the winners facing each other for the pride title while the losers faced each other for the CiH shot.

Post that and leading up to the PPV, would Hemorrhage, Sarkovic, freelancer, Bruiser Bob, Stray like to battle it out for shots at both Pride and CiH at the ppv
