| Hi All, I wll be completely frank with you all, this fed was set to close at the end of the season. When I made the decision a big weight came off my shoulders as I thought about all the free time I would have after 7 great months at the helm here. But gradually I started to wonder if there was another way....a way to keep all these great storylines, great rp'ers and in my opinion a unique fed.... I guess it's a pretty easy answer....I need more help!!!! Last season we struggled with VGM cover due to real life issues and I was worried we may not be able to keep the show standards up. I was also a little concerned as we had some seasoned veterans dissapear on us and we seemed to stagnate a little in the roster rankings......as well as some very quiet chat sessions... And if I am honest I am feeling a bit burnt out, soooooo where does that leave us? I want to continue this as long as possible but the only way to do that is to make it self sufficent. We have a space for a new VGM which I believe will enable us to cope with the demands of making the show, even if real life comes along and pulls some tricks! If you are interested in being a VGM, please let me know. Before you make your decision please remember you should
- Have a good grasp of english
- have a reasonable amount of regular spare time to work on the shows
- be able to keep things stuctured
- bring ideas and invention to the table (not literally a table!)
- be able to be a teamplayer and obviously keep show secrets etc to themselves!
Is it fun being a VGM? I will leave that one for Aquilus, Von Ryan and Kaluani to answer I guess.... The decision (if we have any candidates!) will be made by myself and the current VGM's. If you are not chosen I thank you in advance for your support. Kind Regards Leon | |

| Would not mind helping out Leon in any way I can so if that means becoming a VGM then I would be up for it. I do have time for it between off at night and off on weekends. Also have done VGM duties at another fed but not in that fed anymore so that would give me more time to help here. Just let me know if I can be of assistance. | |

| I would be fine with being a VGM. I can keep secrets to myself. I've got a good grasp of English. (Ignoring Browfel's speaking disorder) And I can help keep things organized... Although, my amount of free time varies an extreme amount. Weekends I have a ton of free time, but weekdays are varied... But I'd still be happy with just helping and not being a VGM... And I've got some ideas in this big ol' head o' mine. *taps head* *echo* *echo* Um... Ignore that. | |

| I might be interested. I already have someone to be a VGM in character for me! That and I'm interested in how the VGM works honestly. Never tried it, but it seems like a good challenge for me to try out. I almost ran a fed before, but here, it surprising what you can do in this small world. That and I want to help out some more you know? Feel like I've done something useful to help out. | |

| I fit all the requirements listed and would definately be interested. I would love to help out and I've done managemant before for a number of local wrestling leagues in my area. If there is anything you need me to do, I'll do it. I get alot of ideas all the time. I have 3 different scholarships for creative writing so the ideas and the english language are no problem for me. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. | |

| Thanks to those who have responded both on here and by PM, we have had some really good responses to help, and for that I really thank you. It does make me think that we could be collectively responsible as a group for making this fed even stronger. Myself and the other VGM's are busy narrowing down the choices and it has got us all talking, and debating. We will announce the decision later, but for now I just want to thank you for your support.
