who is he? (open)

a man shows on the titan throne and makes his way to the ring he is wearing a jeans and sweatshirt with cowl his face hide in shadows while he silently moves to the ring all arena is covered by silence and only whisper are heard who is he?
comentator looks at his colleague with confusion in his eyes well we have someone here but can you tell me who is he? sorry my friend i can't but if he is here already lets here what he have to say man stands in the center of the ring still hiding his face starts to talk everything is so new and shiny i can still smell the paint and everybody is runing around with the smiles on their faces i fell like in christmas party but there is the meeting committee ? so who will bring his smile here and say a personal hello to me ? man takes away his cowl and rises his head showing his face and comentators jumps of his chair i know him people we have Theram here stand up and shout kneel and pray or runaway and hide but he is here tonight and he wants your soul here on the ring crowd goes wild and the titan throne plays his music

While Theram is still in the ring, his music slowly dies down. The lights go dark as Theram is standing in the ring, staring at the entrance.
Then, a guitar solo begins to play from somewhere in the audience and you can see a flashlight, showing hooded man playing his guitar like wild, standing amidst the audience. Then, another guitar is to be heard from another corner of the hall, another hooded man is to be seen playing. Then, another guitar sounds in and another one, until four guitars from all corners of the ring are playing, and then suddenly go faster and louder and harder. A womans vioce tunes in to the guitar sounds and Theram is looking all around to find out who is responsible until the music turns faster and faster, just to suddenly stop with a loud bang.
After that bang, silence crawls over the arena. A long, disturbing silence in which even the slightest voice could be heard, you can even hear the commentators breathing. Theram still seems to wait for someone to show up, but instead, a strange choir starts. First, it is very silent, but then slowly coming to a normal loudness. The choir goes on and on and you can already see Theram smiling as he seems to know the sound.
Commentator 1: "Who is this? Is today the day of "unknown guys entering the arena?"
Commentator 2: "no... I have heard that song somehwere, but I can't recall where it was."

Then, a man in a white robe enters the arena, standing still at the entrance. His face is also hooded in a white robe with a white hood, but in his hand he is wearing a strange wooden staff, on which little lightnings whirl around.The person knocks the staff on the ground three times, then throws off his robe in a fast movement as lightnings strike the ring and a fountain of fire starts to come out of the entrance.
The man now seen is a well-musceled guy with long, white hair waving in the wind. As he starts to speak, everyone listens.

"Well, hello dear fans of the UNWA! I am happy to be here and see all you people having fun ! Enjoy todays show, and I have something to say that you will enjoy too! I think the guy in the ring asked for a challenge..."
He gives a short smile to Theram and the crowd before going on.
"And I say, let's give him his challenge! What about it, Theram? Some fight between old friends?"

Commentator 2: "Ahh, now I remember. That's why he calls him old friend!"
Commentator 1: "What? Could you please enlight me and the audience about his identity?"
Commentator 2: "Well, after all I know about him, I bet you will know his identity very soon... And you will like it." *smiles*
