simple answer: yes.
long answer: each increase is the equivalent of (later multiple) stat-increments, therefore, yes they are worth the expension.

In fact, they are the only thing really worth spending XP on, and even more, they are the only things really worth spending money for (i.e. buying entrances to get more EP to buy more ADvanced Techniques)
They help you increase the strength of your wrestler even more, and they'll help you to fill the gaps of your char. And they are the easiest and best way to gain Stamina!

AT is main thing in building you wrestler same as the stats and the best way to have more AT is to raise your entrances this way you will gain more exp

yep if you ask me, AT's worth more than classic skills, and only good way to spend your exp
